Why Cane Sugar / Not Maltodextrin

We use cane sugar to naturally stabilize our dehydrated honey. It helps the honey crystals stay light, clean, and true to flavor, without changing the taste or adding fillers.

  • Pure honey is naturally hygroscopic, it loves to hold on to moisture. When you try to dry 100% honey, it never truly becomes free-flowing.
