1) All Sales Final โ No Returns or Refunds
All products are sold as final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, except as expressly stated below for items damaged in transit or if required by applicable law.
2) Damaged or Incorrect Items (Replacement Only)
If your bottle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement of the same item at no charge.

Note: Replacements are limited to the original item and shipping address on the order. If the exact item is out of stock, we may offer a comparable replacement of equal value.

4) Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Once an order shows โDelivered,โ replacement eligibility is determined in our sole discretion based on available proof from the carrier.
